STEPS to join my panel:
1) Sign up for One Medical
2) If my panel is OPEN (happens periodically!), you will be able to search for my name while choosing a PCP and simply select my name! If my panel is CLOSED, you will NOT be able to see me
3) If you are a medical student, medical resident, or your family member is already on my panel, please call 888-663-6331 and request to speak to the Mission Bay Front Desk so we can add you manually.
4) If you do NOT meet the above criteria and would like to get on my WAIT LIST, please call 888-663-6331 and request to speak to the Mission Bay Front Desk to be added to my list. I check quarterly to see how many patients I can add, and you will receive a message in the One Medical app if you are added to my panel.
