HOW TO USE THIS WEBSITE
This website serves as a collection of educational materials, practical tools, referral resources, and condition-specific information that I frequently share with patients in clinic.
Over time, I found myself repeatedly sending the same articles, specialist recommendations, apps, support groups, handouts, and explanations to patients navigating complex medical conditions. Rather than keeping everything scattered across bookmarks, sticky notes, and saved links, I wanted to create a centralized, organized resource library that patients could return to easily.
The resources here are not meant to replace medical care or individualized recommendations. Instead, they are intended to help patients better understand their conditions, explore reputable information, prepare for appointments, and access supportive tools and services.
Topics currently include areas I commonly work with in primary care, including:
-
ADHD and executive dysfunction
-
chronic illness and Long COVID
-
dysautonomia/POTS
-
LGBTQ+ health
-
gender-affirming care
-
chronic pain and fatigue
-
mental health
-
menopause
-
migraine
-
preventive care
-
diabetes and metabolic health
Many pages also include:
-
local specialist referrals
-
support groups
-
apps and tools
-
educational websites
-
practical lifestyle resources
-
commonly recommended books/podcasts
-
frequently asked questions
My goal is not to overwhelm patients with information, but to create a space where people can find thoughtful, organized, evidence-informed resources that feel approachable and genuinely useful.
