Chronic Illness and Fatigue

This page serves as a centralized resource hub for patients navigating Long COVID, ME/CFS, dysautonomia/POTS, chronic fatigue, post-viral illness, chronic pain, and related complex chronic health conditions.

Over time, I found myself repeatedly sending the same pacing resources, symptom tracking apps, educational organizations, specialist referrals, handouts, and support tools to patients. Rather than keeping everything scattered across bookmarks, PDFs, portal messages, and after visit summaries, I wanted to create a more organized and accessible resource library.

This site is not intended to replace medical care or individualized recommendations. Instead, it is designed to help patients better understand their symptoms, explore reputable educational resources, prepare for appointments, and access practical tools that may support daily functioning and quality of life.

Many patients with chronic illness experience significant frustration, dismissal, confusion, and information overload. My goal is to create a space that feels practical, validating, and genuinely useful.
